Simply Enchanting Mod 1.12.2, 1.11.2 (Allows Making Enchantment Books)

Simply Enchanting Mod 1.12.2, 1.11.2 allows you to make Enchanted Books by using Items, Lapis, and Experience. Includes full JEI support. Includes all Vanilla enchants and you can add Mod Enchants by editing the json file.
