To get Sonic’s Abilities, throw the following items on the floor:  1x Beacon, 1x Speed II Potion(Splash and Lingering variants not allowed), 7x Amethyst Shard, 15x Blue Ice, 30x Lapis Lazuli Block to craft the Sonic The Hedgehog(Frontiers) Head, then put on the head to gain his abilities.
