Structure Layout Optimizer Mod (26.1, 1.20.1) – Optimize Jigsaw Structures

Structure Layout Optimizer Mod improves the performance of Jigsaw structure generation in Minecraft by replacing inefficient VoxelShape intersection checks with more efficient BoxOctree-based calculations.

In vanilla Minecraft, structure piece intersections were verified by comparing all VoxelShape vertices-causing noticeable delays, especially in large or complex builds. This mod replaces the standard VoxelShape with a dummy version containing a BoxOctree, which only checks intersections against neighboring parts. The result? Drastically reduced validation time and smoother generation of massive, recursive Jigsaw structures.

• Avoids rechecking duplicate structure pieces with high weights, and optionally deduplicates the pool for even faster generation (at the cost of seed layout parity).
• Swaps heavy StructureBlockInfo lists with lightweight palettes that shrink memory usage when structures aren’t actively generating.
