Most players use a first person perspective camera while walking on foot and choose to switch to a third person perspective camera while riding boats. This is because the third person perspective provides players with a wider field of view. But having to manually change your perspective every time you enter/exit a boat can be an inconvenience. Third Person Boating Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is here to make things automatic. With this mod installed, your camera will automatically switch to third person when you enter a board and will automatically switch back to first person when you exit.
