Example of how to Enchant a Trident

You can enchant a trident that you are holding by using the /enchant command.

For example, you can use the /enchant command to enchant the trident that the player is holding with Riptide.

/enchant player riptide 3

In this example, riptide is the name of the enchantment and 3 is the level of the enchantment to add. The command would result in the trident held by 9Minecraft to be enchanted with Riptide III. This enchantment would propel the player forward when the trident is thrown while in the rain or water.
