Via Romana Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) lets you set up fast travel between locations using signs, but only if they’re connected by properly built paths (roads/bridges etc). It encourages you to build infrastructure instead of just teleporting everywhere.

Features:

  • Fast travel via linked signs only when a valid path (made of “infrastructure blocks”) connects the points.
  • Configurable requirements: which blocks count as path, how close signs/nodes need to be, allowed dimensions, and valid entities.
  • Incentive for building roads & infrastructure so map travel feels earned and immersive.
