Tornado Intercept Lib Itrcpttools Mod adds core vehicle and wind tracking systems for Tornado Intercept. This library runs the deployment mechanics and wind speed readings needed for storm chasing gear. Without this mod, vehicles cannot detect winds or lock down during harsh weather. It works alongside PM Weather to manage storm resistance for all intercept units.
