Verdant Horizons Mod (1.21.8, 1.21.1) – Survive in a Lush Wilderness Dimension

Verdant Horizons Mod introduces a lush, nature-filled dimension with its own standalone survival progression. Players can choose to begin their journey directly inside this green world or travel there from the Overworld using a special starting item. The realm features distinct biomes, custom mobs, ancient structures, powerful bosses, and over a hundred new blocks and items to collect.

Features:

• Adds Fronduris, a complete nature dimension packed with custom wildlife and foliage.
• Lets players choose to spawn in the dimension right away or enter from the Overworld.
• Brings over 50 decorative and functional blocks, including new wood types and building tiles.
• Introduces over 50 items ranging from slingshot ammo to specialized meals.
• Scatters ancient dungeons and camps across both the Overworld and the custom realm.

Biomes:

• Frondellia Forest: dense woodlands filled with unique trees, wildlife, and ancient ruins.
• Frondinna Taiga: a cooler forest biome home to towering firs and sandstone wells.
• Fungacca Valley: a strange terrain packed with giant fungi and unique mushroom creatures.

Bosses:

• Vorka Spirit: an ancient boss vulnerable to close-range melee attacks.
• Trocadoncco: a wooden monstrosity weak against fire damage.
• Rodaniscco: a floating core entity that takes extra damage from projectile weapons.

Weapons and Armor:

• Equip chlorite, olivine, and olivaria armor sets for survival protection.
• Wield chlorite and olivaria swords with special particle visual effects.
• Shoot projectiles with pine shooters and crafted slingshots using collected pebbles.

Structures:

• Overworld Plains Defender Towers: lookout towers standing in standard plains biomes.
• Defender Camps and Ritual Monoliths: campsites and shrines resting deep within the forests.
• Ancient Coliseum: a massive arena built for tough combat trials.
• Sandstone Temple: a separate pocket dimension accessed with a special sandstone eye.

How to Use:

1. Start a new world and select whether to spawn directly in Fronduris or the Overworld.
2. Use the starter item in the Overworld to travel into the nature dimension.
3. Gather new wood and chlorite materials to craft starter gear and slingshots.
4. Fight bosses by targeting their specific weaknesses in melee, fire, or ranged combat.
