Passive Shield Mod (26.1.2, 1.20.1) – Invisible When Idle

Passive Shield Mod changes the shield defense mechanics. When the shield is in the off-hand and not actively used, it doesn’t appear visually. Each time the player right-clicks to raise the shield, it becomes visible. Even when the shield isn’t raised, it still mitigates some incoming damage-by default, it reduces 33% of damage, though this can be adjusted in the mod’s config.

Features:
- Shields held in the offhand won’t be rendered unless raised, keeping your screen clean and immersive.
- Even when not raised, the shield still reduces incoming damage-33% by default, adjustable via config.
- The passive protection also works when the shield is held in the main hand but not actively used.
- Configuration Options:
hideShieldWhenNotInUse: Toggle visibility of the shield when idle.passiveShieldPercentageDamageNegated: Set how much damage is blocked passively (from 0% to 100%).
