Hostile mobs are one of the most important elements of Minecraft. They add an aspect of challenge, while also rewarding the player with valuable loot upon death. Farms are also an important aspect of the game. Many players prefer to build farms based on mob spawning mechanics that allow the automatic spawning and killing of mobs. But if you want to disable farming in your singleplayer world or your server as a challenge, then this mod is for you. Anti Mob Farm Mod (1.20.1, 1.16.5) makes it so that the loot dropped by killing mobs depends upon the chunk on which the mob is killed. If some particular chunks are detected to have a lot of mobs killed within them, then the loot dropped in these chunks will be considerably low compared to chunks where not many mobs have been killed. This new mechanic ensures that automatic farms and AFK mob grinders no longer work as efficiently as they used to.
