Better Command Block UI Mod (1.20.4, 1.19.2) aims to tackle these issues by revamping the Command Block user interface. The primary enhancement involves transforming the single-line command text field into a multi-line text box. This new design includes both vertical and horizontal scrolling functionalities, along with automatic indentation based on parentheses! Furthermore, the formerly large buttons responsible for cycling through command block types and toggling features like powering mode have been replaced with simple icons that come with tooltips. An additional button has been incorporated to easily switch between viewing the command and the previous output. It’s important to note that this mod operates entirely on the client side. It takes the command received from the server and displays it with multiple lines and proper indentation, without actually introducing any line breaks.

  • It’s also fully compatible with NBT Autocomplete, a fantastic mod that I cannot recommend enough for anyone working with commands on the regular!
  • Pressing a configurable key bind (; by default) will select one corner of an area based on your current position. Once you’ve selected two corners, an equivalent area selector (x=..,y=..,z=..,dz=..,dy=..,dz=..) will be put in your clipboard for easy pasting into commands!
