Carpet PVP Mod (1.21.4, 1.21.1) – Spawn Smart Bots for Realistic PVP Duels
Carpet PVP Mod fixes combat bugs involving the fake players from Carpet Mod. It makes these practice bots behave more like actual players, which helps make your training sessions more consistent. This mod also adds new commands to give you better control over the fake players during practice fights.

Commands and Configuration:
This mod adds new commands and game rules to give you more control over PVP practice with fake players. Here are some of the key options available.
Fake Player Commands
- Spawn Players: Use
/playerspawn <name> [at <coords>]to spawn a new fake player. - Control Look Direction: Make a fake player look at another mob with
/player <target> look upon <entity>. You can specify looking at theeyes,feet, or theclosestpoint of the target’s hitbox. - Manage Item Cooldowns: The
itemCdcommand lets you control item cooldowns. You can reset all cooldowns, check the time left on an item, or set a custom cooldown using commands likeitemCd <item> set <ticks>. - Swing Animation: Make a fake player swing their hand without attacking. This also resets their attack cooldown.
Utility Commands
- Measure Distance: The
/distancecommand is updated. You can now measure the distance between two different mobs. It also supports measuring just the horizontal or vertical distance with/distance from <from> to <to> horizontal|vertical.
Carpet Rules
You can change these settings with the /carpet command.
- Shield Stunning: A new rule is added to allow or disallow shield stunning for players.
- No Fire from Explosions: Use
/carpet explosionNoFireto stop beds and anchors from creating fire when they explode. - Editable Player NBT: A rule is available to make player NBT data editable with
/carpet editablePlayerNbt.
