Cognition Mod (1.21.5, 1.20.1) aims to change how player experience (XP) works. It adds new ways to store, move, and use XP. It also adds  Cognitium, which is described as pure knowledge in a solid form, which is used to power different kinds of mystical machinery.

Features:

  • Changes how player experience (XP) is handled.
  • Adds new ways to store, transport, and use XP.
  • Introduces Cognitium, a material representing pure knowledge, used to power mystical machinery.
  • XP costs for mod features are measured in “points”.
  • Shows an “absolute level cost,” which is the total XP points needed equal to gaining that many levels starting from zero.
  • The absolute level cost does not change based on how much XP a player already has.
