Copper Age Backport Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) is a Minecraft mod that recreates the complete Copper Age experience for Minecraft old versions. It adds the Copper Golem from the Minecraft 1.21.9 along with several copper-themed blocks, items, and mechanics. The mod focuses on automation, decoration, and copper-based progression while keeping gameplay simple and close to vanilla Minecraft.

Features:

Copper Golem
- Summoning: Place a Carved Pumpkin on top of a Copper Block.
- Oxidation System: Golems age through four stages:
  - Normal
  - Exposed
  - Weathered
  - Oxidized
- Item Storage: You can give items to the golem. It stores them inside its copper chest.
- Item Transport: Golems can move items from Copper Chests to nearby normal chests.
- Button Interaction: Golems randomly press nearby copper buttons, which can be used as a natural randomizer for redstone systems.
- Facing Direction: When spawned, the golem and its chest face toward the player.
Copper Chest
- Comes with four oxidation stages like other copper blocks.
- Double Chest Support: Two copper chests can combine into a larger storage.
- Unique Sounds: Each oxidation stage has different opening and closing sounds.
- Waxing: Use Honeycomb to stop the chest from oxidizing.
Copper Buttons
- 8 Variants: Four oxidation stages plus waxed versions.
- Activation Time: 1.5 seconds.
- Interactions:
  - Scrape oxidation using an Axe
  - Wax using Honeycomb
  - Fully oxidized buttons will stop working unless waxed
- Copper golems can search for and press these buttons automatically.
Copper Statues
- Four different poses:
  - Standing
  - Running
  - Sitting
  - Star pose
- Pose Change: Right-click with an empty hand to switch poses.
- Restoration: Use an Axe on an oxidized statue to turn it back into a copper golem.
- Includes unique sounds for placement and interaction.
Wooden Shelves
- Available in 12 wood types.
- Each shelf can display up to 4 items.
- Outputs a redstone signal based on stored items.
- Shelves connect visually when placed next to each other.
Copper Tools
- Includes Pickaxe, Axe, Shovel, Hoe, and Sword.
- Tool strength is balanced between Stone and Iron.
- Custom equip sounds are included.
Copper Armor
- Full armor set:
  - Helmet
  - Chestplate
  - Leggings
  - Boots
- Protection is balanced between Chainmail and Iron.
- Includes custom equip sounds.
Audio System
- More than 50 custom sounds.
- Different sounds for each copper oxidation stage.
- Audio feedback when golems interact with items and blocks.
Configuration
- You can enable or disable the golem button pressing behavior in the configuration file.
VanillaBackport Compatibility
- Adds a Pale Oak Shelf when the VanillaBackport mod is installed.
- Includes additional crafting recipes using Pale Oak wood.
