Copper Drops Mod (1.20.6, 1.20.1) decreases copper ore’s drops for more balance gameplay. Typically, Copper Ore will drop the amount similar to coal (often 2+ Coal drops), but with this mod, copper ore will always drop 1 raw copper ore, as iron (unless the pickaxe is enchanted with Fortune).
