Creeping Woods Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) – The Woods Are Watching You

Creeping Woods Mod transforms Minecraft’s peaceful forests into scary places at night. When the sun goes down, strange things like ghosts and weird lights appear. The mod adds flashlights to help you see and spooky sounds to make the woods feel unsafe.

Features:

• Adds many ghostly figures that watch you from a distance, like Quick Lights, Glowing Eyes, and a Ghost Girl.
• Populates the woods with dangerous creatures like the Figure, Shadow Figure, and Murder that will hunt you.
• Find ancient statues that come alive at night and only move when you are not looking at them.
• Meet friendly human NPCs who wander the forest, but they will fight back if you attack them.
• Makes forests scarier with sudden jumpscares, spooky sounds, and creatures that can mess with your flashlight.
• Most new mobs and paranormal events only happen during the night.

Commands:

• To turn on the creature jumpscare, use the command: /gamerule disableCreatureFromTheWoodsJumpscare false. By default, this is turned off.

How to Use:

1. Explore forests at night to find the new creatures and strange events.
2. Use a flashlight to see in the dark, but be aware that some creatures can turn it off or cause static.
3. Shine your light on some ghosts and hallucinations to make them disappear.
4. If you encounter the tall, slender Figure, run to water to make it go away.
5. You can only break the ancient statues with a pickaxe.
