Gears of Glory Mod (1.20.1) – Turn Invisible and Freeze Mobs

Gears of Glory Mod adds several new armor sets with unique magic powers. Every set gives you a special bonus when you wear all the pieces together. You can survive deadly attacks, freeze enemies, or turn invisible after winning a fight. By default, all these new suits offer the exact same basic protection level. This means you can pick your favorite outfit based on its magic power instead of worrying about defense points. The items do not have normal crafting recipes, so you need to spawn them in or set up your own recipes.

Features:

• Equal Protection: Makes all sets share the exact same base defense stats by default.
• Gives you seven distinct armor sets inspired by monster-hunting games.
• Lets you turn off the special abilities in the configuration file if you only want the visual look.
• Requires you to add custom recipes or use commands to get the items in survival mode.

Armor Abilities:

• Saves you from taking a deadly hit when wearing the Enlightened set.
• Damages all nearby mobs with a special aura using the Enraged set.
• Lets you deal double damage with special critical hits while wearing Valiant armor.
• Freezes enemies that get too close to you when you have the Berserked set on.
• Sets your targets on fire with a special debuff using the Conquered armor.
• Grants you speed and turns you invisible right after you defeat a mob with the Cloaked set.
• Gives you extra yellow absorption hearts after a kill when you wear the Duality armor.

Configuration:

• Change “Armor Set Abilities” to “false” in the gearsofglory config file to turn off the magic bonuses.

How to Use:

1. Open your inventory in Creative mode to find and equip the new armor pieces.
2. Use a custom recipe tool or data pack if you want to craft them in Survival mode.
3. Wear a full matching set to activate its specific magic power.
