Goop Mod (1.21.5, 1.20.1) – Advanced Visual Effects

Goop Mod adds advanced Slime and Splatter Visual Effects. By itself it doesn’t do much, but includes an API, so other mod developers can easily use the provided Particle Effects or make their own building off of them.

Screenshots:

Projectile Emitter, warping & Goop Overrides: Projectile Emitters emit Goop when a specific Projectile hits something (in this example, Eggs). Non-Permanent Goop attached to walls slowly slides downwards. The Goop Puddle Particle effect can be overriden to make custom per-emitter Textures possible.

Damage Emitters: Emit Goop when specific entities are damaged. Effects flagged as “Mature” like this one, can be censored using client Settings.

Landing Emitter: Emits goop when specific entities land. In this example slimes leave behind trails of Goop Splodges.

Dripped out: Goop drips down when applied to a ceiling; like this strawberry jam someone rudely plastered onto that one.
