With Inventory Sorter (Configurable) Mod (1.20.1, 1.19.2) installed, you can organize your inventory spaces with the click of a button. This keybind is set to the mouse middle-click by default, but can be configured in the keybind settings. This sorting operation can be performed in any inventory space, whether it be the player inventories or storage block inventories. Take a look at the screenshots below to get a better idea.
