Newb X Legacy Shader is an unofficial extension of the original Newb X Legacy shader (created by the Newb Community) that keeps the same lightweight vanilla-style look but adds one big upgrade: permanent, strong reflections on water, glass, shiny blocks, and surfaces – making everything look extra classy, shiny, and beautiful as you walk around the world.

  • The reflections stay active all the time (not just in certain lights), giving a premium aesthetic boost while still running smoothly on most devices.
  • Just download the .mcpack, import it in Minecraft, activate it in your world’s resource packs (may need a patched Minecraft APK on Android for the full effect, and enjoy the upgraded shiny visuals in both single-player and multiplayer. Installation Note:

  • You may need a Minecraft PE patched APK for this shader.
  • Remember to add shader packs to the global resource packs so they can function properly.
  • You need BetterRenderDragon for Windows. In case BetterRenderDragon does not work, use the method of replacing the material.bin files.
