OriginsTweaks Mod reworks the standard characters from the popular Origins mod. This addon gives each of the default origins new abilities and changes how their old powers work. If you enjoy playing with the Origins mod, this gives you fresh ways to play your favorite characters like the Avian or Arachnid.

Features:
- Avian: Tame some animals instantly without needing any items. You get more crops when using a hoe and can sometimes find special golden versions. You can also turn the Slow Falling effect on and off whenever you like.
- Arachnid: Shoot a web to pull yourself towards blocks and other mobs. Your attacks can poison enemies, and you can mine at full speed while climbing walls. You can also sneak to fit through 1-block high gaps and craft cobwebs from string.
- Elytrian: Choose from several different styles for your wings. Launch yourself into the air from the ground, which uses stamina. Heavy armor makes flying cost more stamina. You deal more damage with bows while gliding and can even let other players ride on your back.
- Shulk: Start with some natural armor for protection. When you sneak, you gain even more defense, but taking a big hit can lower this bonus. You can shoot shulker bullets or make yourself float into the air.
- Feline: Attack with sharp claws that you need to sharpen on blocks like wood, stone, and diamond. Hold sneak to charge up a very high jump. Eating fish gives you more hunger points, and you can turn on Night Vision at will.
- Enderian: You are taller and have a longer reach than others. You can automatically dodge incoming projectiles like arrows. After using an ender pearl, you become briefly immune to getting stuck inside blocks. You can also gather blocks with Silk Touch using your bare hands.
- Merling: You have a moisture bar that you must keep full by staying in water. The Conduit Power effect lasts longer for you. Your trident is much stronger underwater, and you can dash forward while swimming. You can also craft your own tridents.
- Blazeborn: You can set yourself on fire to become more powerful. While on fire, your attacks deal extra damage and light enemies on fire. You move faster in lava and can shoot a burst of three fireballs.
- Phantom: Use soul energy instead of hunger to become invisible and walk through walls. Soul energy comes back faster when you kill mobs or are near soul fire. You are weak to gold and cannot use gold items. You can see mobs and players glowing through walls.
How to Use:
Each Origin gets new actions and abilities. Here are some of the key things you can do with them.
Feline
To make your claw attacks stronger, you must sharpen them on specific blocks. You need to use the blocks in the correct order:
- First, use logs or wool.
- Next, use smooth stone or polished stones.
- Then, use iron blocks.
- Finally, use diamond blocks.
Felines can also charge a high jump by sneaking and can turn Night Vision on or off.
Other Origins
- Arachnid: Use a webshot to pull yourself towards mobs or blocks. You can also craft 1 cobweb from 9 string.
- Avian: Turn the Slow Falling effect on or off whenever you want.
- Shulk: Gain extra armor points by sneaking. You can also shoot shulker bullets or make yourself levitate.
- Blazeborn: Set yourself on fire to get a damage boost. While on fire, you can light campfires and furnaces. You can also shoot a burst of 3 fireballs.
- Merling: Dash forward while swimming underwater. Merlings can also craft tridents.
