Pbwarps Mod (26.1.2, 1.21.1) – Create Single-Click Teleportation Points

Pbwarps Mod allows you to set specific locations around your world teleport to them whenever you want with just a single click. Using the /warps create command, you can set a specific coordinate and name it. Then you can use the /warp command to open a GUI. Inside this GUI, you will find your set warp locations and you can teleport to them by clicking on them.
