Each mini-boss is described as having distinct combat behavior and requiring different face-to-face strategies. The mod lists four additions Raider Blimp, Golem Of Last Resort, Zapper, and Raider Drill, each with its own attack patterns and encounter rules.

- Immune to arrows and long-distance attacks
- Breaks nearby blocks like a wither
- Some melee attacks disable shields
- Drops a back-mounted cannon that shoots bombs with large-radius damage
Zapper mini-boss (required Raid Omen level 4)
- Ranged attacker using lightning
- Has a powerful AOE attack that must be dodged
- Has an attack that burns shields quickly
- Drops a staff that launches ball lightning
- Staff can cast one special ability when looking downward
Raider Drill mini-boss (required Raid Omen level 2)
- Burrows underground and resurfaces at a random village location
- Summons 2–3 illagers after resurfacing (configurable)
- Burrows again after 10 seconds of inactivity (configurable)
- Can burrow up to 5 times (configurable)
- Has 5 HP
- Requires 3 hits to deal 1 damage, then burrows again
- Drops a random enchantment book for pickaxes
