Rocks Done Right Mod (1.21.11, 1.21.1) – Mine Through Realistic Geological Rock
Rocks Done Right Mod transforms the underground world of Minecraft into a realistic geological system. This mod adds many new types of stone that change depending on the biome you are in and how deep you dig. Instead of finding the same plain stone everywhere, you will discover layers of soil, sedimentary rocks, and volcanic peaks. Deep underground, extreme heat and pressure create entirely new blocks to mine. It changes how the world generates so that caves, cliffs, and mountains look like real natural formations.

Features:
- Biome-Specific Caves: The type of stone you find underground now matches the climate and terrain on the surface.
- Deep Earth Heat: Rocks deep down change into new forms because of extreme heat and underground pressure.
- Changes the names of familiar blocks to their real-world scientific names, like turning normal Stone into Carbonaceous Limestone.
- Adds brand new volcanic mountain biomes near steep ocean cliffs, filled with dark igneous rocks.
- Updates the concrete recipe so you must craft it using a new item called quicklime instead of just sand and gravel.
- Spawns large pockets of intrusive rocks like granite and gabbro, which bake the surrounding stone into new types.
- Replaces standard dirt layers with realistic topsoils and subsoils that match the local biome.
- Places special gems like citrine and prasiolite inside deep underground geodes.
New Rock Types:
- Sedimentary rocks like limestone, shale, and mudstone form near the surface.
- Metamorphic rocks like quartzite, graphite, and marble generate deep underground.
- Igneous rocks like rhyolite and gabbro spawn near volcanic areas.
Realistic Soil Layers:
- Adds unique topsoils for forests, jungles, and snowy areas.
- Generates deep subsoils like peat, clay, and oxic horizons beneath the grass.
Biome Generation Changes:
- Oceans feature thick layers of clay, shale, and ooze on the sea floor.
- Mountains contain packed ice, schist, and slate inside their peaks.
- Forests sit on top of limestone and marble layers with hidden coal deposits.
