SCP-087 The Stairwell Mod adds a terrifying new structure to your world based on the SCP universe. This indestructible building can be found on the surface of the Overworld. Once you enter, you will find a dark stairwell that goes deep into the ground. It is so dark inside that even light sources won’t help much. As you go down, you will hear scary sounds coming from below, and monsters may be waiting for you.

Features:

  • Adds a new structure, SCP-087, that generates on the surface of the Overworld.
  • The structure is indestructible and slows down your movement inside.
  • Explore a very dark stairwell where even torches and other light sources are not very effective.
  • Hear disturbing sounds as you descend deeper into the darkness.
  • Find valuable loot at the end of the stairwell.

Monsters of the Stairwell:

  • SCP-087-1: A humanoid monster with long arms that waits at the bottom. It is tough, deals a lot of damage, and gives players the Darkness effect when nearby.
  • SCP-087-B: These creatures look like scary faces and will jumpscare you for damage if they get too close. One variant dashes at you quickly, while the other stares at you before moving.
  • SCP-087-2: A shadow monster that looks like SCP-087-1. It approaches you and then disappears without causing damage, but it will extinguish light sources like torches.

Commands:

You can turn off the endless teleporting feature of the stairwell with a gamerule.

  • /gamerule EndlessStairwell false
