WMD Weapons of Mass Destruction Mod (1.20.1) – Turn Biomes Into Nuclear

WMD Weapons of Mass Destruction Mod adds massive nuclear explosions to your game. This mod lets you drop giant bombs that leave huge craters and change the blocks around them. It uses special graphics to make the explosions look bright and realistic, with glowing hot particles near the center of the blast.

Features:

• Three Ways to Detonate: You can place a block, drop a falling bomb, or use a spawner item to start an explosion.
• Biome Changes: The blast turns the surrounding area into a nuclear wasteland biome.
• The explosion burns nearby blocks, turning grass into coarse dirt and wood into basalt.
• Each blast leaves behind a giant crater with a raised edge.
• You can see the bright glowing mushroom clouds from far away if you use Distant Horizons.
• The falling bombs work with Valkyrien Skies ships and drop naturally from moving flying machines.

Nuke Spawner Yields:

• Iron Nugget creates a tiny 0.01 kt blast.
• Iron Ingot makes a 0.1 kt explosion.
• Empty hand or Iron Block gives a standard 1 kt blast.
• Gold Nugget creates a 2 kt explosion.
• Gold Ingot makes a 5 kt blast.
• Gold Block creates a 15 kt explosion.
• Diamond makes a 25 kt blast.
• Diamond Block gives a 50 kt explosion.
• Netherite Ingot creates a massive 100 kt blast.
• Netherite Block unleashes the biggest 200 kt explosion.

Commands:

• /spawnnuke direct x y z yield instantly creates a blast at specific coordinates.
• /spawnnuke falling x z yield drops a bomb from the sky with a falling animation.

How to Use:

1. Place a Nuke Block on the ground and power it with redstone to start the countdown.
2. Hold the nuke spawner item in your main hand and place an ore block or ingot in your offhand to set the blast size.
3. Click with the spawner to generate an explosion exactly where you look.
4. Open the in-game mod menu to change the visual settings in the client config.
