Item Stat Tracker Mod (26.2, 1.21.1) – Track Every Mob Slain and Block Mined

Item Stat Tracker Mod records everything you do with your weapons, tools, and armor. Each piece of gear stores your actions and displays them directly in its tooltip whenever you hover over it in your inventory. You can see how many blocks your pickaxe has mined or check the exact number of hits your shield has taken. It works automatically as you play your regular survival game.
