The Baby Player v2 Tiny Takeover texture pack offers a unique visual experience for Minecraft Bedrock players, allowing them to transform the appearance of their in-game character. This pack functions by modifying the player model, and its core functionality relies on selecting one of its subpacks. It introduces a range of customization options, letting players adjust various aspects of their character’s size and proportions. The pack is designed to be user-friendly, featuring a redesigned interface for its settings that aims for clarity and ease of use, with support for both English and Indonesian languages.

In practice, the pack provides several distinct subpack options. Two of these, “Custom Settings” and “Custom Settings [AnS]”, enable extensive customization of the player model. Within these, players can manipulate sliders to change the overall player size, as well as the individual sizes of the head, arms, and legs. Further adjustments include stretching the arms and legs downward. For more detailed control over the player’s head, an advanced option called “Split Head Control” can be activated. This allows for independent stretching of the head sideways, up/downward, and back/forward, providing a high degree of precision in character design.

Beyond the customizable options, the pack also includes “Player Mobvote” and “Player Mobvote [Action n Stuff]” subpacks. These subpacks change the player model without offering further customization. It is important to note that when using the “Player Mobvote” subpacks, certain limitations apply. For instance, these subpacks are primarily compatible with 2D custom skins and may not work correctly with character creator skins or some marketplace skins, which could result in visual errors. Additionally, if another pack that modifies the player entity is active, there may be conflicts, where only one of the packs will function as intended.

The pack also considers how armor interacts with these modified player models. While armor generally works with the customizable settings, there are specific limitations when using the “Action n Stuff” subpacks, where armor may not display correctly. Furthermore, some in-game animations and the positioning of items held in the player’s hand during first-person view might be affected due to the altered character size. Despite these considerations, the pack offers a fun way to personalize the Minecraft experience, allowing players to create visually distinct characters that stand out in the game world.
