Craftable Capes Mod (1.21.1, 1.20.1) allows you to craft and wear capes in-game. This mod basically adds a lot of new crafting recipes into the game. These recipes allow you to craft capes that you can wear by placing them into the dedicated cape slot provided using the Trinkets mod.
