Harder Spawners Mod (1.21.5, 1.20.1) modifies mob spawners, making them more dangerous and turning loot collection in dungeons into a riskier activity.

Features:

  • Torches Won’t Disable Spawners: You can no longer place torches to stop mob spawning.
  • Poison Effect on Breaking Spawners: Attempting to break a spawner will inflict poison on the player.
  • Spawn Limit & Explosion Risk: Each spawner can generate up to 250 mobs before stopping. At this point, the spawner has a chance to explode.
  • Configurable Settings: The mod includes a config file where players can tweak various settings, including increasing the time required to break a spawner.
