If you have a really powerful tool, it is possible that you may break blocks by accident if you point at a block and click the left mouse button. Meticulous Mod is here to help you prevent that. This mod basically allows you to set custom minimum times that it will take before you mine the first and second blocks. This means if you have a tool that can break blocks instantly, the first and the second blocks to be broken will have some delay, and the blocks will be broken instantly from the third.
