Name Tag (Crafting) Mod introduces two new ways to obtain name tags in the survival game. The first method is to simply craft it using two pieces of paper and a string. The second method is to obtain them by killing certain mobs. With this mod installed, mobs like axolotls, cods, magma cubes, slimes, tadpoles and tropical fish have a chance to drop name tags upon being killed.
