RandomTP Mod (1.20.4, 1.19.4) adds a new feature to the game, allowing you to use commands to teleport to a random place. First, this is a mod developed by Picono435 and is still in beta. Its purpose is to allow the player to teleport to a random location, both beneficial and harmful to the user. You can use the “/rtp” command to trigger the command and take you to an unexpected place in your world. RandomTP Mod will be a good version if it is used for exemplary purposes. You will be able to customize commands and cooldowns to make it more balanced when playing with friends and not make the mod ruin the experience between people. However, you can find adventures to never-before-seen lands with RandomTP Mod, but remind yourself that you can’t get any commands to get you back home either; the only thing you can do is save your home coordinates and then start the adventure!

Cooldown for both commands.
Cooldown exempt for people with permission.
