Mob Explosion Griefing Gamerule Mod (26.1.2, 1.20.1) – Creeper-Proof Your Base

Mob Explosion Griefing Gamerule Mod gives you more control over what mobs can break in your world. Instead of turning all mob griefing off at once, this mod adds new gamerules for specific actions. For example, you can stop Creepers from destroying blocks when they explode, but still let other mob behaviors happen. It also offers separate settings for Ghast fireballs, Endermen picking up blocks, and even zombies breaking doors.

New Game Rules:

• Mob_explosion_griefing: This is the main switch. Turn it off to stop most mob explosions (except the Wither’s) from breaking blocks.
• Creeper_griefing: Controls only Creeper explosions.
• Ghast_griefing: Stops Ghast fireballs from destroying blocks or starting new fires.
• Wither_griefing: Protects your world from the Wither’s powerful explosions.
• Enderman_griefing: When turned off, Endermen can no longer pick up or place blocks.
• Door_breaking_griefing: Mobs will not be able to break down doors, no matter the game difficulty.
• Step_and_destroy_goal: Stops mobs like Zombies from trying to pathfind to and destroy blocks like Turtle Eggs by stepping on them.

This mod adds new game rules. You can type them in chat to change how mobs act. Here are the main ones:

• /gamerule mob_explosion_griefing:creeper_griefing false – Stops Creepers from breaking blocks when they explode.
• /gamerule mob_explosion_griefing:ghast_griefing false – Stops Ghast fireballs from breaking blocks or starting fires.
• /gamerule mob_explosion_griefing:wither_griefing false – Stops Withers from destroying blocks with their attacks.
• /gamerule mob_explosion_griefing:enderman_griefing false – Stops Endermen from picking up and placing blocks.
• /gamerule mob_explosion_griefing:door_breaking_griefing false – Stops mobs from breaking down your doors.

To turn a rule back on, just use the same command but type true at the end.
